Adding/Editing Registrants

Enter the following information:

  • Registrant(s) Name: (Bride`s/Groom`s Name, Parents` Names/Baby`s Name, or Registered To Name) This is the name to which the registry belongs to (ie. the person(s) who will be receiving the gifts).
  • Email Address: This is the email address belonging to the registrant.
  • Event Date: This is the wedding date, due date or event date, if applicable. It should be entered in the format MM/DD/YY.
  • Ship To: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the name to which the gifts will be sent.
  • Street Address: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the address to which the gifts will be sent.
  • City: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the city to which the gifts will be sent.
  • State/Region: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the name to which the gifts will be sent.
  • Zip Code: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the zip code to which the gifts will be sent.
  • Country: If the registrant wants to have gifts shipped directly to them, this field notes the country to which the gifts will be sent.
  • User Name: This is the user name the registrant will need to add or delete items from the registry.
  • Password: This is the password the registrant will need to add or delete items from the registry.
  • Registry Type: This shows whether the registrant`s information will be visible by the general public, or only available to members they specify. If they choose for the registry to be visible to the general public, any person visiting your site can search by keyword or event date to find that registrant. A private registry cannot be found through the registry search. To view the registrant, site visitors will need a direct link to that registrant, which can be found in the registry area of the site. Note: this is not a secure link, but is only a link not found through the search.
