Important: Do not cancel your hosting account or you'll have nothing to transfer. We can help transfer your site. The new owner can continue using your website and your hosting with us.
Log in to your client area and submit a ticket with the following information:
- Website on account to be transferred.
- Do you want to transfer the domain as well (must be in your Earth Girl account)?
- New Owner's full name.
- New Owner's email.
- Date of Transfer.
- Mention any other details that you'd like us to know about.
Once we have this information, we will process the transfer to the new owner. We'll also remove your payment method, if all your services will be transferred to the new owner.
