The first step is to double-check your email client settings:
Basic Information
- YOUR NAME: This is how you'd like your name to display (e.g. Jane Doe)
- EMAIL ADDRESS: This is your full email address (e.g. contactus@mysite.com)
- PASSWORD: This is your email password
Incoming Settings
- TYPE: IMAP
- SERVER HOSTNAME: host.poweredbyearthgirl.com
- PORT: 993
- SSL: SSL/TLS
- AUTHENTICATION: Normal Password
Outgoing Settings
- SERVER HOSTNAME: host.poweredbyearthgirl.com
- PORT: 465
- SSL: SSL/TLS
- AUTHENTICATION: Normal Password
If your settings didn't match those above, please change them and retest. Otherwise, please open a support ticket.
