Properly Copying Content from MS Word to Your Storeadmin Area.

Why?
When content is copied & pasted directly from a Microsoft product (MS Word, etc.) it adds junk code that, when paired with IE Browser, will hide your text and reflect badly on your SEO efforts.

The BEST Solution:
Don’t use MS Word for your content.  It is a word processing program, it’s not made for web content.  Instead, use a plain text editor like Notepad or Wordpad.

Plan to format your text IN THE TEXT EDITOR.  Notepad does not have formatting and Wordpad formatting will not transfer with copy/paste.

* Wordpad will add extra code, but not code that will hide your text.

  • Click the Word Conversion button in your storeadmin area.

  • You will see a pop-up text area
  • Paste in the content from your clipboard (Ctrl + V)
  • Click INSERT
  • Save
