Disabling Email Forwarders - EFFECTIVE 14 DEC 2018

To our valued customers,

Recently we've noticed an increase in undeliverable emails to a handful of service providers. After some investigation, we've found that the source of this issue is the amount of email forwards on the server.

While email forwarders are convenient, they aren't a great solution in the long run.

What Changes?

  • We have disabled the ability to create new forwarders
  • All existing forwarders will be removed on 14 DEC 2018

What You Need to Do
