To cancel services, you must first make sure all past due invoices are paid in full. Sometimes it's difficult to find the right buttons and links from a mobile device, so we've made this video to help you out. You should be able to easily request cancellation of your hosting account or other services from your tablet, iPad, iPhone, Android, or other cellular devices.
- Log in to https://poweredbyearthgirl.com/
- Expand the left-hand menu using the three-line icon on the top left corner.
- Select Services > My Services.
- Click the padlock icon next to the service to cancel.
- On the top-right, click the < icon on the top-right.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Enter your reason for cancellation.
- Indicate if you'd like to also cancel the associated domain name, if applicable.
- Indicate if you'd like to cancel immediately or after the current billing term.
- Click Request Cancellation.
You should receive a verification email, please save this for your records.
